Borderline

Crimson

by Tala

A lover’s kiss is more violent than it seems,

Reaching down to the pit of hell, dragging back your own personal demons,

When vampires make love it’s for keeps.

Ferocious, volatile, a perversion that the devil himself blushes at.

Come to me lover, hold me forever in your darkness,

A silent madness that even you, the strong one, cannot endure,

Rip me apart, make me bleed,

Spatters of crimson on your full lips, reaching up to kiss me.

We have until the end of time to find our secret desires,

Is it fantasy or reality with you?

My pain becomes your pleasure,

My sorrow your joy.

The taking of each other until both are drained.

Trying to make sense of our insanity.

The ancient ones see and fear the frenzy of our lusts.

Hold me forever, and maybe we can find paradise,

A heaven drenched in crimson and black,

Love and Lust, Pleasure and Pain,

A sadistic dream that no one wishes to bear witness to.

Come to me wicked child of darkness.

Delve into me, dark and warm,

Suffocate me, desecrated me, give me your essence.

Let us become one entity,

A ghost of our former selves.

Farther and farther we fall into an abyss of rape and perversion;

Hold me, let me die in you lap.

Leave me breathless, burn you in my fiery tomb.

My heart slows to barely moving,

And there you leave me, lifeless, shapeless, alone in my silent suffering,

Waiting only long enough for your return.

I gave you my life, my breath, now you have my hunger.

I’ll await your call, and I will walk into your night,

Vulnerable and willing for you to come take me to your private hell.
